Zest Kitchen and Bar is honored to be selected by the Oregon Truffle Festival to collaborate and host a Valentines Dinner that won't be forgotten. Chef Charles Ruff and Chef Borzi Marashi will team up to provide a four course menu, all showcasing Oregon white and black truffle and Oregon Wines.

About the event
Zest Kitchen and Bar is honored to be selected by the Oregon Truffle Festival to collaborate and host a Valentines Dinner that won't be forgotten. Chef Charles Ruff and Chef Borzi Marashi have teamed up to provide a four course menu, all courses showcasing Oregon white and black truffle and Oregon Wine pairings throughout the dinner service.
There are two seating times to choose from, 5pm and 7pm.
Menu will include:
-Welcome reception with passed truffled hors d'oeuvres and sparkling wine.
-Seated Dinner with four courses
-White Truffle Cheese Cannelloni
